Coach Samuel's Story
The Full Story - From Frustrated to Architect
I’ve always loved training, but food was both my passion and my downfall. From the time I was a kid, I was hooked by the images of classic bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I wanted to know how people could transform their bodies into something extraordinary.
But when I started, I had no real plan. I followed magazines, copied trends, and tried every diet I could find. It was overwhelming, and even with effort, the results never truly lasted.
My life took me through the U.S. Navy, where discipline and structure were instilled in me, and later into law enforcement. For over 20 years, I served — the last 10 as a certified instructor for the New York City Department of Corrections. My role was to train new officers physically and mentally, preparing them for the demands of the job. That’s where I saw firsthand that most people don’t fail because they lack effort — they fail because they lack a clear system and guidance.
Then, my own health was tested. I developed severe tinnitus and a rare condition called superior semicircular canal dehiscence. Imagine the ringing sound of an explosion in a movie, except it never stops, and even normal sounds feel painfully loud. For a guy who never flinched at anything, suddenly being broken down by noise was crushing. I became depressed, gained weight, and felt like I lost myself.
In my lowest moment, I turned to my faith. I bowed before God, and while my condition didn’t vanish, I was given strength and clarity. The next day, I decided this wasn’t who I was meant to be. I began rebuilding — my body, my health, and my purpose. I went from 195 pounds down to 167 pounds, and I continue to push for the next level in my own journey.
That experience shaped the Ultimate24 Blueprint. It’s not about perfection — it’s about personalization, adjustment, and building a system that fits real life. My mission is simple: to help people live longer, healthier, more confident lives — and to remind them they’re never alone in the process
